From spring city star hotel jifeng branch to kunming airport, my flight to lijiang on 06:45

so I must arrive airport on 4:45,

How much it cost

You can ask the hotel you live in to help you book one in advance and I think this is the most convenient way. The taxi fee maybe about CNY70 – 80.
