2018 has been the hardest year of my life

I broke both my hips lost my job car had to be junked and lost my own and my live my boyfriend of 9 years left me 2 weeks before Christmas when I was going threw my operations on my hips please tell me if I will be getting a job soon? And how long will this lawsuit last
