I've an Indian passport, travelling from Toronto to New Delhi via Shanghai and the layover is 16 hours. I have a confirmed onward ticket to New Delhi. Looks like I'm eligible for 24-hour TWOV...please confirm. For stepping out of the Pudong airport, where can I apply for the transit pass? Thanks.
