About:Harbin Ice Festival

I would just like to know if we could still visit the 3 major venues of Ice Snow Festival in Harbin?

from 2 to 4 January 2019

The official hasn't announce the date for opening up. So I'm not sure if you can see it. Generally, it may be opened on the early January.
