Change of visa from marriage to student

I was married and divorced, I still have about 4 months for my marriage visa to expire, is it possible to to get a student X from China?

You can try to convert your current visa into a student X type from the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can succeed, you don’t need to go back to your home country for that. Just give it a try!
