Do I Need A Chinese Visa if...

My friend and I are traveling to Cambodia and we have 2 layovers in China at Shanghai (PVG) and Guangzhou (CAN) international airports. We would like to confirm that these international airports qualify for the 72hr TWOV as long as we have our US passports, airline tickets to Cambodia and Cambodian Visas?

You do not qualify for 72hr twov. Two stops in China limits you to 24 hours twov.
