chinese work visa with entry through hong kong

Hello, i am going to work in China, my company already applied and received the official invitation letter from the human resource work permit office. I will get my z in my home country but i am planning to go to hong kong first for a few days holliday before entering china to work. I am Filipino and dont need a visa to enter hong kong.
My question is, since the z is one entry only, will that entry to hong kong count as one entry or they will not check the entry permit in hong kong and just count the entry at the immigration after my flight to mainland china?
Thanks

They just count the entry at the immigration after your flight to mainland china. Don't worry.
