About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Can I apply for Hong Kong visa at the embassy? or do I need to visit CVASC in Tokyo?

I am a Bangladeshi citizen living in Japan. I am confused if CVASC is only for mainland China or also includes Hong Kong and Taiwan?

You need to submit the application to the Chinese embassy.
