About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Shanghai - Huangshan ticket pickup

If I order online, for Shanghai to Huangshan Bei for 5 people, will I be able to pick them up at Kowloon West MTR station in Hong Kong the week before. This will be fore December 2018.

We are staying at airbnb in Shanghai and will not be able to have them delivered.

Can we leave our collection request in the booking form as a remark?

Thank you for your inquiry.
You can collect them out from the Hong Kong West Kowloon Station. The counter No. 1 to 5 can offer this service. However, for collection, the counter will charge extra service fee HKD30 per ticket. If you collect them from a railway station in China mainland, it is free of charger. With a remark or not, it will not influence your collection for these domestic routes. Hope this can help you.
