May i still use a airport express train and shuttle bus to causeway bay? Thanks

Yes, you can take the airport express and get off at Hong Kong station. The last one departs at 00:48 and you may catch it. By the time as you land, there may be no bus that can drive you to the destination. So you are advised to take a taxi directly to the causeway bay.
