Sending a big 58" tv from China to serbia

I want to send my tv from china to Serbia, its in irs original packaging weigh is about 25kg dimensions are maybe 170x80x30
What would be the best(safest and cheapest) way to send this (doesnt have to be quick) and what would be the Price

Or maybe its 20kg im not sure, manufacturer says 17.5 on the product page, dont know if that is witht he box or without.

Hello, the cheapest way to send is by SAL surface but the weight limit of both SAL and air parcel is 15 kg.
