I graduated in my College last March 2017. I have four years experience working as an Online English tutor. Am I allowed to get a working visa in China?

That's possible. You can ask your employer to provide the work permit to you. After that, you can prepare the requirements to apply fro the work Z type from the China embassy in your country.
