About:Harbin Travel

I know that the ice festival starts in January but we will be in Harbin dec 27-30.

Won’t all the ice sculptures and everything be all ready at the end of December and be open for people to see at the end of December anyways?

In general, the Ice festival may be normally opened in early January. But the ice engravings will be made well by the end of December and there may be a soft opening by the end of December and it won't disappoint you.
