Dear sir,what are the document that i will to go with during interview ,since i have invitation lett

And what is the minimum amount that i supposed to have in my account ,before they can issue me the visa

If you want to apply for business M or F type for that, you should first prepare the required documents including passport and the copy, the filled-out application form, 2 passport-style photos, bank account, hotel reservation, flight itinerary and an invitation letter from the interview, and the invitation letter of duly authorized unit, your company's business certificate and letter of introduction of your company. You need the latest 6 months personal bank statement for that.
