Your employer needs to go to the Foreign Affairs Office or Economy and Commerce Bureau to get the Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit, besides the documents you listed, you also need to fill two visa application forms (Form 2011A and Form 2011B)

It takes 4 working days for visa processing. You can take your passport and visa on Feb 8, 2011 if you submit visa application on Feb 1, 2011. The embassy is closed from Feb 3- Feb 6.
