About:Harbin Attractions

I am traveling Harbin during Dec 20-Dec 27, will I be able to enjoy the snow and ice festival?

There is no the official news announced and the expected opening time may be January 5th, 2019 based on the past years. But there may be a soft opening by the end of December and it won't disappoint you.
