About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I with family (spouse, 2 kids) will go USA through Shanghai from KL where 9-10 hours layover.

Our travel route is Kuala Lumpur- Shanghai - USA. Can we get 24 hours transit visa? We are Bangladesh passport holders. Thanks
