You can first take the airport bus Shaanxi History Museum Line and get off at Tangcheng Hotel. Then walk about 3 minute to the bus stop to take the bus No.286 and get off at Guangji Street. Then walk about 5 minutes to the hotel. The whole ride needs about 80 minutes and CNY27.
