If you choose the bus from QZ to Anxi, you can first take the bus K604 at the airport and get off at No.1 Highway Road and then walk about 8 minutes to the Passenger Service Center Bus Station where there are buses to Anxi departing from 07:30 to 20:10 every day. The ticket fare is CNY 18 - 24. There is no direct train from QZ to Anxi and you are not advised to get there by train. The taxi fare may be about CNY200 -220.
