About:Chinese Consulate in Chicago

Resident of Colorado but work in SF

How do I submit the application? Can I submit to local SF office or mail to Colorado? Thanks!

You cannot mail to Chicago. You need to apply from the consulate in Chicago. You can find someone else to do that on your behalf if you cannot go there in person.
