Hello! I graduated college last April 2018 and I have been teaching English for three years. I just earned my TEFL certificate last 2017. Will I be granted a z visa?

Maybe you can get it. You can ask your employer to provide you a work permit, and then you can try to apply for a work Z type from the China embassy in your country.
