Do I need a Tourist Visa for China?

Hi,

I was born in Hong Kong and now live full-time in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I have my birth certificate but I do not have any other Hong Kong identification (ie. HK ID Card, PR card, etc.). The only other document I have is my Canadian Passport.

Do I need to apply for a Chinese visa?

Yes, you need to apply for it from the CAVSC in Canada.
