About:Visa on Arrival

if we go from Hong Kong to Shenzhen, and from SZ to Zhongshan

and back from Zhongshan to SZ and to HK, is that okay with this visa?

I'm afraid you cannot because during the 5 days, you cannot leave SZ urban area and countryside.
