I am a Filipino citizen i want to travel to Qingdao, China but first i need to visit Hong Kong, is it possible for me to obtain a Chinese tourist visa in Hong Kong? thank you

It's possible for you to apply for tourist L type from the office of the commissioner of the ministry of foreign affairs of PRC in HK SAR. You can have a try.
