Child ticket for Metro /BUS /Airport express in Beijing

Please give me the detail about the tickets for Child (Free or half or?)

Children who are under 1.3 meters tall can take a free ride.
An adult can take a kid who is under 1.3 meters tall freely but share a seat.
Children who is above 1.3 meters tall need to pay half of the ticket price.
