About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

The letter from the university for family visa

I came to China with S visa. Now for the residence permit the police bureau is asking for the letter from the university of my wife. What should be in this letter? They said that’s the certificate that she is studying there, it’s not enough. It should include my (husband’s) details as well.

If so, you can try to ask if you can get an invitation letter from the university.
