Where and how can I apply for Macau Visa in sri Lanka?

Hi, I'm holding a hongkong double entry Visa issued from the immigration office in hongkong. I'm a sri Lankan passport holder.

You can apply for it from the China embassy. If you go to Macau for sightseeing, you should prepare the required documents including copy of passport, the filled-out application form, 2 passport-style photos, bank statement, hotel reservation, flight itinerary and travel plan as well as others. Next, submit the application to the embassy in your country.
