I'm from Thailand.Can I have a visa at the West Kowloon in HK. to take a bullet train to Shenzhen and stay there for a few days?

I suggest you apply for the China visa in advance in your resident country before leaving if you plan to travel to mainland China, or you may also try to apply for the visa at China Visa Application Center in Hong Kong.
