About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

NZ Passport, am I eligible?

My group are flying from NZ to Singapore, then taking a cruise to Japan and then Shanghai. Then we fly to New Zealand but transit through Hong Kong and Australia. Do we qualify for the 144 hour visa?
