Hello..at Nanjing road Shanghai and around seagull on the bund area can advice halal restaurants?

Yes, there are several halal restaurants nearby your hotel. Among them, Qing Xiang Zhai Restaurant is recommended. You can find authentic halal foods there. And the prices are reasonable. It is located at No. 326, Haining Road, Hongkou District. Hope you like. :)
