About:Chinese Embassy in Portugal

what documents I need to bring for double entry visa application?

We are traveling in January to Hong Kong and will continue our trip to China and fly back from Hong Kong. Could you please let me know when I should start to apply for the visa and what documents to bring. Also would we need to make an appointment?

You are advised to apply one month prior to the trip. To apply for a Chinese mainland tourist L type, you may need to prepare your passport and copy of its data page, the application form, a passport-style photo, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation.
