About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

I am from Ethiopia currently living in Shanghai. Do I need a Visa to go to Hong kong for three days

arrived one one day, attend my program on the other and go back to Shanghai. is it necessary to have a Visa for this?

Yes, you need a visa for HK for all visits or transits.
