About:How to Take Shanghai Metro

Can i take a metro line 2 at pudong airport T2 direct to west nanjing rd or need a transfer station?

You need to take the metro line 2(East extension field) at the airport and transfer at Guanglan Road station to take the metro line 2 (to Xujing East). The two sections are both metro line 2 but different branches.
