About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

KL - Shanghai - Seoul

Hi, I have a Philippine passport and am transiting via Shanghai from KL to Seoul. Transit time is estimated to be 1.5 hrs. Just want to confirm if I can apply for the 24hr Transit visa on arrival? Or do I need to apply beforehand at the embassy? I already have a multiple-entry visa for Korea, so I just need to confirm the Shanghai layover.

Forgot to mention that my transit airport is Shanghai Pudong airport. Thanks again!
