About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi, I’m flying from Tokyo to Dubai next week.

I have a layover in Guangzhou for 23 hours and 40 mins. Do i qualify for a 24 hours transit visa? I’m a Philippine passport holder. Thank you
