About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

hello , please i send to my wifes mother an invitation and she got S2 visa for one month.

I want her to stay in china at least 7 months.

is it permissible to her to extend her visa for another 6 months ?

I'm afraid you cannot get that long time extension. But there is no specific requirement for how many times you can apply for the extension. You can try to extend it at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB. Good luck.
