Hi I would like to know what is the procedure when two foreigners from same country want to get married in China? One is employed in china and the other one is not.Is there a marriage officer who can assist?Thanks

Both of you need to provide passport, visa or residence permit, and a single status certificate from your country. Then you can register your marriage in China's Civil Affairs Bureau or go to your country's embassy in PRC to get married. Just for reference.
