About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

HI,
My flight ticket is [Sapporo(Japan)-Shanghai-Ningbo(Zhejiang province)-Shanghai-Seoul].
In this case, would I be eligible(I am a Korean) for the 144h visa free?
I was wondering if I can travel in Zhejiang province by domestic flights.
