Probationary at work, will I get to be regular this year?

Hi, I left my previous job last May and had a better career opportunity last June. I am still at my probationary period in Sales and Marketing. Will I pass my revalida this November and be a regular employee?
Or should I start looking for other career? My birthday is June 16, 1986, married.
