How to cancel the train ticket honkgong to shantou??

1.The ways to cancel the train ticket:
If you bought the train ticket on the official website 12306 but didn’t collect the paper ticket, you can cancel it online by yourself or go to the Shantou railway stations in the mainland China to refund.
If you bought the ticket with cash, you can cancel it in the railway stations in the mainland China or HK West Kowloon Station.
If you bought the ticket through the MTR outlets and did not pick up the ticket, you can go back there for ticket refunding.
If you buy the ticket in cashless option in HK, you can only be allowed to cancel it in HK.
If you buy the ticket in cashless option in the mainland China, you can only be allowed to cancel it in the mainland China.

2.The standards of the fee for ticket refunding:
If the ticket is refunded within 48 hours before the departure time of the ticket, 50% of the ticket price shall be charged.
If the ticket is refunded from 48 hours to 14 days before the departure time of the ticket, 30% of the ticket price shall be charged.
If the ticket is refunded over 15 days before the departure time of the ticket, 5% of the ticket price shall be charged.

3.Refunds should be made no later than 60 minutes before the scheduled date of departure train ticket if the train departs from HK West Kowloon Station.

4.You cannot get refund if you miss the train but you can change another train.
