About:How to Buy Tickets

How to pickup ticket?

I purchased 2 tickets online from HK to Changsha, but I only received order number confirmation starting with 000 and follow with 7 digits.

So, will this number good enough to pickup the tickets at the West Kowloon station along with my foreign passport?

Yes, that 10 digits are the pick up number. You can use it and passports to collect the paper tickets out at the station ticket counter at West Kowloon Station. It is important to reach the station earlier in advance for this process.
