US Citizens flying from Tokyo into Hong Kong. Staying in Hong Kong 3 night. Then flying from Hong Kong to Shanghai staying 4 days. Then flying from Shanghai non stop to Canada. I know you cannot go back to the same country you came from. Does China consider Hong Kong as China? Thank you.
