How to arrange visa for my girlfriend while I'm in China

Dear all.

Can you advise me on my situation:
I'm currently staying and working in China (Wuxi). My girlfriend is from Philippines staying at the moment in Poland my home country. I wanted her to join me here but I wanted to avoid additional trip to Philippines to apply for visa there. Is there any way to organize visa for her here in Wuxi so she can fly directly from Poland to China?

She needs to prepare her passport and copy of its data page, a completed application form, and passport-style photo, her residence permit in Poland, round trip air tickets, and hotel booking record or an invitation letter from you. Next, she can apply for the tourist L type from the CVASC in Poland.
