time to arrive before train

Hello, We are travelling from Beijing to Qingdao. We only arrive at the train station 35 minutes before the train leaves. Is this enough time?

If you have the paper ticket in hand, 35min is still possible. But if you need to collect the paper ticket first, you are very likely to miss it as the counters are usually very busy. You need some time prepared for the ticket collection process.
