How to travel to Beijing and Shanghai?

How can I get to Beijing and Shanghai from Yangdong, Guangdong?
How much is the cost by plane and train?

Hi, you need to take a train from Yangdong to Guangzhou South first and then take a bullet train to Beijing or Shanghai. The total time is about 10 hours and the fare is around CNY1000. If you take a plane, then you need to go to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport or Zhuhai Airport, the fare is from CNY 800 to 1300 according to different periods.
