About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

US-Singapore-Beijing-US, US citizen

US citizen flying from US to Singapore then to Beijing (PEK), staying 4 days from Dec 5 to Dec 8, and then take flight back to US. Will I be eligible for 144 hour transit visa? If yes, do we get visa once we are at immigration at PEK?

If you don't have any other stops apart from those you have mentioned, you won't need a visa.

Actually, it is USA - Manila - Singapore - Beijing - USA. Sorry, I missed one Asian city. I thought US citizens need a visa to enter China. When you said no visa needed, does that mean even 144 hour transit visa is not required?
