Will you be getting off/boarding plane with boarding stairs/bridge at Capital Airport?

I'm flying from Seattle to BJ in mid October with Hainan Airlines. Is it common for the Capital International Airport to use the boarding stairs for flights with Hainan Airlines?

Dear, I'm not sure about this and I found some information online: in most conditions, there were not boarding stairs or bridges for flights with Hainan Airlines.
