About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I need to get the visa to go out Shanghai?

Hi! My flight is from the Philippines to Vancouver and my layover is in Shanghai Pudong airport for 13hrs.

You don't need to get the visa, and if you have hotel reservation, maybe you can go out Shanghai.
