Is it too early to apply for a visa?
It’s 30september 2018 today and I have to go back to China around 30november 2018 because my exams are 3rd December till 7th December.
When would you recommend I start my application process? I am a Namibian citizen.
Also if I applied for a visa now in October will It be valid till 10th of December so I can get back to Namibia to start my internship?
