is it too early to apply for a visa?

It’s 30september 2018 today and I have to go back to China around 30november 2018 because my exams are 3rd December till 7th December. When would you recommend I start my application process? I am a Namibian citizen.Also if I applied for a visa now in October will It be valid till 10th of December so I can get back to Namibia to start my internship?

Usually, one is advised to apply one month prior to the trip, so you can try to make the application at the end of Oct. It would be valid till 10th of December.
