Can someone tell me how can I get from Shuangjing to the Canton Tower?

You can take the bus No.439 at Shuangjing village gate and then get off at Nangang general terminal. Then take the metro line 13 at Nangang station and get off at Yuzhu where you need to transfer to take the metro line 5 and get off at Zhujiang new city. Then transfer to take metro line 3 and get off at Canton Tower. The whole ride needs about 1.5 hours and CNY8.
